My massages entail a combination of swedish techniques (your typical feel good spa treatment to get the muscles warmed up and blood circulation to the area), followed by trigger point therapy to get relieve any pain and then deep tissue to keep the knots gone.
Training & Qualifications
I am a licensed massage therapist. I graduated 3 years ago form Everest's Massage therapy program and am currently going to school at the Advanced Institute of touch where I am learning about the Japanese and Chinese Meridians as well as Orthobionomy and British Osteopathy.
Availability & Preferences
My hours are M-F from 1-7 or so, sometimes I can do weekends, it just depends on my schedule for that week.
