Mourning is how you express grief. Mourning is a natural part of the process that can be sad or joyful. Grief is your internal beliefs, thought and thus experience of how you judge what the loss means to you and how it should or does affect you. When grief is negatively overwhelming and/or debilitating, a shift in understanding and a change of the perspective about death, can GREATLY alleviate the level of grief you are experiencing.
Training & Qualifications
I am an ordained minister in metaphysical world religions. I am also a professional psychic with mediumship abilities. I have had a lifetime of interaction with the energetic essenses and personalities of the deceased, for the purpose of communicating to a loved one or for my own awareness of their transitioned experience.
