Law Degrees from the Catholic University of Asuncion, Paraguay and the National University of Paraguay, Master’s degree in American Legal System for Foreign Attorneys from Temple University's James Beasley School of Law and a Masters in European Law Practice from Salamanca University in Spain. Over a decade's experience tutoring English speakers in Pennsylvania, and outstanding references in Second Language Acquisition, Interpretation, and Translation.
