I will gladly run/walk/jog with you for anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour! I can do paces from 9:30 min/mile (with no conversation) to 13 min/mile( with more conversation). Willing to run any public place, preferred during daytime hours. Preferred conversation topics: animals, get-to-know-yous, nature, books, movies, music.
I am about to start a half-marathon training program, so my availability will be slightly different because of that. A lot of the days are just regular runs for certain lengths of time at gentle paces or normal paces, and I would love to have a buddy to run with on those days as well. This could be a mutually beneficial practice for anyone interested in getting into the habit of running more. I also walk on a regular basis; one of my new years intentions is to move a mile every day, whether it be walking, running, jogging, or any other form of movement. If running isn't your thing, then feel free to hit me up to ask about another form of movement; chances are, I'd be all about it!

I have been running on a regular basis for the last two years, and love it!
I'm a member of the local running club and was a member of the club where I lived in Maryland as well.
I love group running and running with a partner because it is a great way to hold and be held accountable for actually reaching fitness goals. I can run at any pace, from a lighter, 13-minute pace to a more difficult pace, like 9 minutes per mile; whatever is best for my running buddy! Conversation will vary based on pace.
Availability & Preferences
Most mornings; sometimes weekends. I have an irregular schedule most weeks because I work in retail part-time, and as an after-school instructor Mon-Thurs and Sat.
