I am a recent graduate with a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics and history. Currently living in the Richmond, VA area and working as a mathematics instructor at a math-specific learning center; because of the nature of my contract at the learning center, I am not allowed to tutor or teach mathematics outside of the organization, but I am more than willing to discuss historical topics at length. My interests include being active, reading, and being outdoors. I have a lot of interesting ideas and my goal in life is to change the world through the sharing of knowledge of all kinds, as well as to learn as much as I possibly can. Because of this, my main offerings will likely be related to having open, friendly, constructive conversations on varying topics, such as feminism (and the varying problems that feminism works to fight against), historical events, or really anything that you might be interested in. I'm also a very good listener and always willing to be there if someone just needs to talk about something, though I'm not exactly the best at giving advice. So, in a nutshell: I'm great at listening if people have problems to vent about, and great at talking about various topics.
I've recently begun trying to build a social media presence, so if you're big on social media-ing and are willing to offer help with that, I'm sure we could work something out between us where we have a mutual benefit. Also interested in learning some programming languages because computers fascinate and terrify me and understanding them will increase the former and decrease the latter of those two things.
