This is more of a workout and less of sparring.
I know a few punch combos, that are great work out. I can even teach you if you'd like.
We can practice at my place, or a public venue (weather permitting). I'm looking to make this a weekly thing.

Siddhart is awesome! Firstly, he was very proactive in sending us his Simbiotic Story, and did so in a timely manner. Secondly, his story was inspirin...g and illustrated a great interaction he had with a yoga instructor. In his story, Siddhart mentions that Simbi allows him to obtain (and offer) experiences that he would otherwise not have sought out. Such a wonderful point!
