I fixed format, typos, grammar, sentence structure, took out irrelevant info, modernized the template etc. I also gave guidance on next steps for her ...regarding developing content based on experience, and tailoring each resume to each job. All changes tracked. I was a little miffed when she replied with "there is not much a difference." There was a major difference.show more
