Basil Tincture (Athritis/Anti-Infl)

Handmade by me! Basil tincture is said to be good for arthritis, anti-inflammatory properties, high in anti-oxidants, digestive support, immune boosting, anti-depressant potential, and expectorant among many other wonderful healing qualities! I steep/infuse my tinctures for at least six weeks to draw out as much of the goodness as I can from the herbs!

About Shaundra Robinson

Hello! I am an urban hobby farmer/homestead faker in the Hilltop neighborhood of Tacoma Washington. My husband and I raise rabbits for meat, chicken for eggs, a garden for produce and medicinal herbs.... We also enjoy hosting students from all over the world who attend Tacoma Community College. Once a week you'll find me volunteering at the Veggie Co-op Farm once a week, monthly canning applesauce with the Center for Food Preservation Arts, and periodically picking fruit with the Pierce County Gleaning Project. I am a food hoarder and freeze, can, dehydrate, and ferment what ever we can't eat up fresh. Most of our soaps, shampoos, and other body care products (though Schmidt's deodorant can't be beat) are made in our kitchen and I have shelves full of herbs and tinctures that I never remember to use. I hold a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Certification and have taught classes and workshops on DIY skin and home care products, healthy and traditional cooking techniques, or low-sugar living. I love to trade my goods and skills with a local barter group and am excited to give Simbi a whirl!show more
