I am a holistic business designer. I help companies design comprehensive goal-setting, visioning, team-building, management, marketing, sales and operations systems. Ultimately, I work to help my client companies become vehicles for personal growth and development for all their employees and places where people get up inspired to come to work day after day, with a focus on justice, resilience and repair.

I have a particular focus on ecological design and land stewardship and innovative business models to repair our relationship with each other and get out of the traps of individual wealth accumulation. I love supporting my Next Economy MBA participants around themes of creating equitable food systems and reimagining retirement (see The Next Egg Initiative for more). When not working, I love to plant trees, raise backyard chickens, milk goats and connect with ecosystems.
