Learn to consolidate data in excel

Hi community!
I am trying to learn how to consolidate massive data in different tabs in excel and really could use some help.

What I am looking for would be someone to help me to go through their knowledge of how to, and for me to actually work on the data with them on my computer, and have them to catch what I am doing incorrectly so I can get this project done. My estimate this would take 30 minutes of sharing the knowledge, 30 minutes for me to work on the data, and then 30 minutes to troubleshoot.
I am looking to complete in the next two weeks, or sooner preferably. Many thanks for your help in advance.
