Aspiring Entrepreneur with a love of learning, all things digital, research, amazing customer experience focus, food and wine. Currently studying digital marketing and participating in a female entrep...reneur accelerator programme. Travelling internationally I started my career in fine dining and hospitality. Managing fine dining Restaurants I became skilled in customer relations and developed excellent organisational and communication skills, whilst managing customer experiences, supervising and training staff and overseeing operations. Returning to Ireland, I commenced a BA in Social Science, taking business rather than the social work component. I subsequently became a Policy and Campaigns Assistant attaining a high level of administrative, research and report writing skills among others. I undertook independent research and as part a team that produced influential reports informing policy makers. Moving to the homeless sector, I was instrumental in researching, redeveloping and rebranding a Client Involvement service. Later I moved to the often chaotic residential front line that highlighted the value of strong teams, consistency, health and safety, policy and procedure and self-care, making me resilient, adaptable and able to deal with any situation. Developing a client volunteer program led me to undertake an online postgraduate certificate in Innovation and Social Enterprise in 2015 which I passed with distinction. In addition to using innovation and design thinking methods, this enabled me to update my business and ICT skills. Being committed to lifelong learning I am currently studying Digital Marketing, and developing a business idea. I believe the accumulation of my experience and skills will be valuable in any future position.show more
