First and foremost, I am a “people person”. Simply put, I love working with the public and feeling the sense that I have truly placed positive energy back into someone's life, even if for a moment. I truly believe if you give positivity, you will receive positivity. I am a very quick learning student. I pride myself on being able to pick up teachings and lessons from my predecessors and putting those teachings to work. And lastly, I am flexible. Business hours are not always “cut and dry”. Coming from an extensive customer service background, I fully understand this catchphrase. I understand that working as a successful team, we will need to pick up slack where it is needed in order to create a positive outcome.
