I'm currently working towards becoming a holistic nutritionist, and am offering consultations and meal planning resources specifically for plant-based diets.
I’m an active speaker in the eating disorder community, and my main focus is helping people with eating disorders, body image issues and/or disordered eating patterns to find peace with food and heal their relationship with their bodies. Services I offer include meal planning, grocery store and meal prep support, exercise reintegration, weight management, and more.
In the past, I've worked with a wide range of mental health issues in a variety of positions, including behaviour intervention, respite work, and motivational speaking. My experience working in the mental health field, combined with my education and training, as well as my own personal experiences with eating disorders makes for a well-rounded, informative, and inspiring presentation.
My education includes a BA in Psychology from Thompson Rivers University, CHNC Diploma from Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition (in progress), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) training, Non-Violent Crisis Prevention and Intervention (NVCPI) training, as well as CPR-C First Aid. I am currently a student at the Nutraphoria School for Holisitc Nutrition.
