I have a plethora of information regarding what to look for when touring a house, different types of loans, the actual legal transfer of the property. 30 minutes per session but not generally overly concerned with time.
Training & Qualifications
A third time fixer- upper home buyer. I have delt with reverse mortgages, probate, government auctions. You name it.

My daughter had a great experience with Sarah! She's got her first singing audition coming up for the school play and never had formal lessons before... this. Just listening from the other room we could hear the difference in her confidence and skill in less than an hour. She was so shy and really needed to be talked into this and Sarah did a great job making her feel comfortable. She is now motivated and energized, ready for the big audition. Thanks Sarah!show more
