Personal Motivation Monday Message

I will send you a personalized message (via text, WhatsApp, email, whatever you prefer) that reminds you of your goal (whatever that goal is) and encourages you to keep going! I can send them for a particular number of weeks or months, depending on how long you predict it will take you to reach your individual goal.
We all know how to set goals. We picture what we want, get excited, and maybe even set a plan to get there! Then, a week or so later, you realize you somehow lost track of that goal - already!?! But if I wanted it so badly, (you ask yourself), why do I keep falling off track!?!?
I had the same struggle for years. I wanted to compete in a physique show, and I had all the knowledge about fitness and nutrition I needed to do it. But I still kept falling off track and delaying my dream. It wasn’t until I finally hired a coach that I finally accomplished my goal! Was it because she had some big diet or fitness secret? No. It’s because I became ACCOUNTABLE to someone else, outside of my own head. It’s because someone was there to push me, and to provide me motivation when I got distracted or discouraged. When the only person who knows about your goal is you, well, it’s easy to let yourself down - isn’t it? Because no one will ever know you gave up! When you make yourself accountable to someone else, however, it helps get you through those tough times when your internal motivation is low, by providing you the external support you need. The journey to achieve your goal will not be perfect or easy, but by setting up a plan to overcome your own weak moments, (even just scheduling a simple Motivation Monday Message from me), you can finally see your goal through to the end! Let me tell you, it’s an amazing feeling when you finally do. I want to help others achieve that same feeling!
Training & Qualifications
I personally experienced the power of having a “Motivation Monday” through check-ins with my coach for my first fitness competition. When it came to the diet and workouts, I already knew exactly what needed to be done to achieve my goal of competing. Yet I delayed my dream for years and years because I never made myself accountable to someone else. I never allowed someone else to provide me motivation when my own was running low. When I finally introduced this external source of accountability and motivation (via my coach) I finally accomplished my goal and competed! Anytime. I call it “Motivation Monday” because I like to start my week with my goals in mind. However, you can select any day and time you like to receive your message.
