*Empower Hour-Find your fierce and grow your confidence while burning calories and defining muscles.
*STFU- tune out negative brain chatter and tune into your own intuition during this hour long session.
*On The Go- learn how to squeeze in your daily burn during unconventional times to help you maximize your productivity and minimize time spent traveling to and from the gym or studio.
*Tension Release- break up the tension you're holding onto by experiencing a guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation Technique

*Bachelor of Science inHealth Education and Physical Performance
*ACE Certified Personal Trainer
*Group Fitness Specialist
*CPR/AED/First Aid
*Certified Nursing Assistant
Availability & Preferences
M-F 6:00am-8:00am, 10am-4pm
Saturday and Sunday negotiable
