Have a tailor-made online mindfulness session according to your level of experience. This can include an introduction to mindfulness, guided mindfulness practice, support with establishing a regular practice and looking at issues that come up in practice. Beginners and those with experienced welcome.
Mindfulness can be useful for stress reduction, low mood, finding inner guidance, improving health and relationships.
Training & Qualifications
I'm a professional mindfulness teacher having trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at University of Massachusettes and Bangor University in MBCT, and teaching mindfulness to groups and individuals since 2002. I have been a body-oriented psychotherapist for 20 years. My usual charge is £90-160 per hour.
