I can offer specific coaching on how to implement and make the habits a part of your sleep routine and offer troubleshooting specifically for your current sleep routine. By making modifications outlined in the guide you will sleep deeper and more restful and have a better quality of life.

Have experimented with countless sleep habits and tips over my lifetime and read many of the top books on sleep hygiene. I am not a professional but just have lots of personal experience.
