I will draw upon your existing strengths, weaknesses and motivations, to craft a personalized diet and exercise regiment for your goals. It can be ranging from what you want to strengthen, what food preferences and cooking ability you have, your timeline, esoteric techniques and metabolic stimulants as well as a balance and how to stay motivated towards your goals.
Training & Qualifications
Being trained as a Division 1 athlete, I have had exposure and experience with hundreds of different exercises, eating regimens and have found the ones that work well for me and for others by being in a team environment. I exercise 3-5 times a week and am in complete control of the dietary principles and philosophies from many different modalities and understandings of the mind-body connection.
