I will teach the existing dishes that I am able to prepare in the Southern Indian cooking tradition such as various forms of daal, saag, rices, sambal, etc. I can explain the building blocks of preparation, different flavor combinations as well as some Ayurvedic principles in why you use certain spices and herbs in the meal preparation.
Training & Qualifications
I learned from a Sri Lankan man the various basic buildings blocks of Southern Indian cuisine about 4 years ago and have been practicing and hosting dinner parties with Indian cuisine since! Ravi Shankar background music optional :)
