I'm spending so much time trying to run my business while designing and trying to sell my products (3D Printers), that I don't have time to organize and deal with a lot of the paperwork, e-mails, and other items required to keep the business running smoothly.
I'm looking for someone that could help manage e-mails, spreadsheets, documents, etc, along with some minor research here and there.
Some of the specific things I will be looking for to start out are:
-Turning websites into readable PDFs for quick reference
-Making Synopsis of websites & documents (reading an article and writing a brief description of some of the specific details or important information)
-Reading about products related to ours and putting their info into a spreadsheet for easy comparison
-Organizing and renaming files and scans (purchase orders, business cards, documents & articles I already have)
-(Optional) Research parts, components, products, software, etc
-(Optional) Help to find good pricing & suppliers of specific components
-(Optional) some accounting (mainly a monthly expense report from receipts and bank statements)
Further down the road after you've become more acquainted with myself and the business, I would probably have you take over some of the E-mail and Social Media responsibilities.
I need someone who has some free time, excellent organizational skills, and can work with my flexible, yet limited, availability. For the most part you would set your own hours (both when and how many), and which things you work on. There may be a few high priority items I need done within a day or two, but most of it would be pretty flexible. It would be a fairly small yet steady flow of items to work on for a while until things get all sorted out, then possibly continue to help keep them that way, or take on additional tasks if you're interested.
This can be mostly done online through Google Drive at your own pace.
I want to find the right person for the job, so I am offering 15 Simbi for 3 hours worth of work, as an audition. Then I would like to pick a couple people to do a longer trial period, at a higher compensation level (TBD).
The actual position will most likely pay a combination of Simbi, USD, and/or Stock, and is negotiable.
Please feel free to let me know what compensation you would want up front.
