I will provide a short consultation to help you with your sustainability goals! Whether you want to figure out to improve your day to day life to become more sustainable, or you're working on a sustainability project and want to make it exceptional, I can learn, analyze, strategize, and help you improve whatever you're working on in the interest of making it less wasteful, more productive, more environmentally-friendly, or more resilient against challenges and problems.
I've worked in developing countries and local American dairy farms, helping to improve the way we interact with our environments! I have designed gardens, taught trainings on composting, performed complex systems analyses, and targeted childhood nutrition. I've helped to build restaurant menu's that incorporate local foods, designed pest control plans for farmers, and built soil out of sand.
I have a Masters Degree in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelors Degree in Sustainable Food Systems and Agroecology. I have worked on many sustainable organic farms and can incorporate all of my experience to help you achieve whatever your sustainability goals might be. I am a former professional chef with years of experience in management and culinary arts.
I have a keen understanding of the importance of sustainability and the many routes we can take to get there. Wherever you are in your process, its never too early or too late to make it more sustainable. Whether you care about the environment or just want something to last as long as possible or don't want to keep putting money into something, these can all be solved by becoming more sustainable.

I am a former professional chef with years of experience in management and culinary arts, and a Peace Corps Volunteer (Returned), so I am a master of making something out of nothing.
