My husband and I have been married for 13 1/2 years. I have had many, many friends ask us how we are so happy (even though they have teased us many times about still being twitterpated). I would be more than happy to share with you some of the things we have done from the beginning, and then added later, that have helped our marriage become even stronger! I firmly believe that being in love takes effort, though sometimes those efforts can be small, meaningful things. I really wish that everyone could be as happy as we are!
Training & Qualifications
Like I said, we have been married for 13 1/2 years. We have 5 kids. Our friends tease us about still having crushes on each other. My kids roll their eyes at our lovey-doveyness. My husband is truly my best friend. I want to be with him as often as possible and miss him when we go more than several hours without seeing each other. Is marriage hard? You betcha! But guess what? Happiness is hard work. A loving relationship is SO worth it!!
