Given either a rough budget (how much you want to pay, and some flexibility in either direction), performance targets, or both, I will design a PC according to your requirements.
I will provide at least 2 builds, possibly more, and give you clear reasoning, Pro or Con, on all of them. Sometimes cheap will work, but results in lower lifespan.
I will email a sheet of tips for building and care for all customers.
ALSO, I will design around existing or desired components, and or upgrades however this can be tricky.
I will do all of this using personal knowledge and the assistance of several resources to check the build and evaluate components (such as the Motherboard)
I can work through Skype or email, I will need to give you a printed version of the suggestions, so I will probably need to share a googledoc with you or send you a word file.

I have built, and repeatedly upgraded, several PCs.
