Intro to Discipline Building

Recommended if:
-You're a student starting College
-Grade school student looking for self improvement and/or getting a head start
If you lack discipline/motivation, have a goal in mind but are struggling to reach it, this is something to try out. Looking to help people take the first step to accomplishing their goal.
Things to expect:
-Understanding and building routines
-Starting healthy habits and working to maintain them
-Done over the course of a 20~ minute talk (discussion time is flexible, low commitment)
Training & Qualifications
-Economic major with a focus in Philosophy
-Retired New Student Orientation Leader for Pennsylvania State University
