Hello! My name is Rich Pham and my passion is in building lean athletic bodies that not only look good but can perform in all aspects of fitness to promote physical and most importantly mental sharpness. I will do this by teaching you muay thai/ kickboxing in a variety of high intensity interval formats that challenge both your fast and slow twitch energy systems. Being a fighter myself I train my clients to come as close to the experience of fighting as possible within their comfort level. By relying on corrective exercise and resistance training my speciality aside over most martial art coaches is to improve mobility and structural balance in order to maximize striking power! I have been a trainer for over 8 years, specially certified in postural corrective exercise (NASM) with a degree in Kinesiology, which all helps me compete in Muay Thai as the WKF national K-1 champion. This has always been my passion and I would love to have the chance to meet you and bring the fighter out within you!

I value having the most optimal health to go explore the world for crazy adventurous activities that push the boundaries of human performance mentally and physically. Competing in kickboxing takes quite a toll on the body so anything to help me crawl out of bed alive means a lot. I've been self employed for a long time and am always open to connecting with entrepreneurial minds with a lot of passion that's hungry for knowledge and excited to take action with it!
