I will teach you the fundamentals of Muay Thai Kickboxing to develop the best full body high intensity interval training (HIIT) you will ever do! I use kickboxing for HIIT workouts to bring my clients through an initial stage of fat loss and flexibility before adding weight training to achieve other goals they may have. That being said improving posture and muscular balance to execute atheletic movements is the key to how I can optimize your fitness.
Training & Qualifications
Bachelor in Kinesiology and Health Promotion
Certified by NASM specialist in corrective exercise personal trainer.

Mornings, and mid afternoons work great for me anyday of the week. My schedule is always changing but I am very flexible in the Mississauga area.
