Offer reflective listening to help folks process emotions, relationship issues, family issues, work and life stress, inner judgement or guilt, anger, sadness, lack of motivation, etc. in a safe container. In this session, I ask you questions to help you reach your own answers, rather than giving advice, and optionally offer suggestions if the client feels it's necessary or appropriate.
