Through the art of cooking, I aim to bring people together. I adore sharing my experiences with others, and enjoy giving them skills and confidence to do the same.
I am experienced in recipe developing, following complex recipes, prepping fresh foods, and then using different cooking techniques to create the final dish. I teach classes on diverse food preparations, specialty diets, and meal planning using recipes I have created. I want to help busy parents gain lost skills so they can introduce clean, healthy, fun eating to their families. I also love creating foods for people with food sensitivities or different preferences. My favorite recipes to build are the ones where I take a classic dish that everyone loves and make it vegan, gluten free or paleo. I love the challenge that comes from it! Many people don't expect the meal turning out as incredible as it does.
As a self taught baker, I let my creativity flow for my specialty cupcake business. I love to experiment with exceptional flavor combinations to really make these cupcakes stand out!
I am currently waiting to receive my Small Business and Entrepreneurship certificate from Dakota County Technical College here in Minnesota. My goal is to have a successful business helping others by teaching them the lost art of cooking and baking.
