I can teach you how to meditate and answer questions for clarification - offer tips and resources and guide spoken meditations. I can also offer strategies and practices that incorporate a meditation practice into every part of your day.

Training & Qualifications

I have practiced meditation for over 4 years and have taught meditation to students for a year and a half.
I have my pranalife yoga teaching certification.
I have studied psychology for 5 years

Availability & Preferences

Wednesday Friday Saturday and Sunday before 4pm
