Vegetarian/Vegan Menu Planning
I will create a 2 week vegetarian or vegan dinner menu for you, complete with a grocery shopping list and detailed recipies. I have been a professional cook for many years and specialize in creating delicious vegan/vegetarian options in my own home. I am knowledgeable about various allergies and intolerances, such as gluten, lactose, nuts, etc and can easily adapt a menu for your needs. Are you new to meatless eating and need help figuring out where to start? Do you have allergies/intolerances that make planning meals difficult? Do you want to have a shopping list that will allow you to shop only once and have delicious dinners for 2 weeks? I can help!
Please note this is an offer for dinner planning only, dinner is the most complicated and time consuming on average. If you need full day menu options we can talk and work something out.
Training & Qualifications
I have been a professional cook for over 5 years. I specialize in vegetarian and vegan foods with a lot of emphasis on flavor and nutrition. I constantly work with food allergies and intolerances and am very flexible with what I can create. I love to work with a variety of ethnic foods. Whether you have lots of time to be in the kitchen or you have a busy lifestyle that limits your time I can create a personal meal plan for your needs!
