I will help you plan or tweak a recipe/meal to suit your palette, and bring forth even richer, sweeter, flavors from your food. Easiest way to do this would be send me a copy of the recipe you need help with, and specify what you’d like help with. Be it allergen information, tips to improve the recipe, or basic understanding of the techniques needed for it. I can also suggest some of my personal recipes from my compendium.
Training & Qualifications
I am a classically trained chef, with a outstanding sense of food. Graduated with a culinary arts degree and have been in high end dining establishments most of my career. Have extensive knowledge and practically application for most if not all allergy related food needs.
