Automatic writing is a great FUN way to bring to conscious awareness feelings, insights, and memories not readily accessible to the awake, rational self. For those of us who believe in a spiritual reality, automatic writing can also be a great method for "channeling" guidance from what various groups and belief systems refer to as Higher Power, Deepest Self, spirit guides, personal God, guardian angels, or Divine Love. In my 30-minute coaching session, I teach you (1) a basic centering exercise to help your body feel grounded and safe; (2) a basic relaxation exercise to help you release fears and expectations that might block the information flow; and (3) a simple format for focusing on a specific question, issue, or request that you wish higher guidance to address in the session. NOTE: Some prefer typewriting, computer keyboarding, or drawing to hand writing a guidance session.
