My purpose in life after spending over 17 years directing teams is to show people how defining their purpose will help them never feel like they're working again. It usually takes me 15-20 minutes to unlock someone's personality. Then another 20-30 minutes to help them to understand what I see as their purpose. I've chosen to build a company that would have a team dedicated to doing whatever we could to increase the number of businesses that'll see 10 years.

I'm all about giving back as during my career certain people helped me and this is a way I can pay it forward. My personality is laid back, extremely filled with joy and thankfulness with an overwhelming amount of love seeing others succeed regardless of I'm involved or not.
