Calisthenics Routine Newbie-Expert
I've been practicing calisthenics for almost 8 years now, and know almost every trick and every position to develop any muscle, some of them hard some of them easy.
Calisthenics is a form of exercise where you use the weight of your own body to build muscle. Despite what you may have been lead to believe, you do NOT need a gym membership or expensive equipment to build the muscle definition that you’ve always wanted. Proper calisthenics training will promote the growth of lean muscle mass, and increase your strength, mobility, flexibility, agility, and endurance.
I've been into sports since i was a kid but started to practice Calisthenics when i was 20, i even created my own fb page, the first one in mexico to talk about calisthenics.
If you like to exercise but the gym is boring for you, hit me up and I'll create an Excellent routine for you.
I just need to know how much you are willing to do, and what are you looking to develop eg. more reps, more muscle, more stamina etc.
