One-on-one Feldenkrais lessons. Through a combination of gentle, non-invasive, informative touch and verbal questions and instructions, we’ll explore how you move. I will help you bring awareness and new movement to blind spots that are causing you discomfort. For example, you might have a spot in your back that always hurts because it never gets to move, or you might be experiencing knee pain because your knees and toes point in different directions. By unpacking the details of what's causing your discomfort, you are given useful information and tools to let you take control of how you move so you can be more comfortable.
