I will remote into your computer. (requires high speed internet access)
Install an automated script that will:
Boot to safe mode with networking, make a restore point, kill any identified malware processes, run an OEM bloatware removal script, delete temporary files, run Kaspersky Virus removal tool, and Sophos Virus removal tool, and malwarebytes antimalware. Run DISM, (similar to Windows System file check), Reset registry permissions, and check disk. Run adobe, java and windows updates.
Reset the paging file, and run defraggler.
This process may need to run overnight.
Reset computer to run in normal mode.
