My girlfriend and I (or just one of us) will share with you some tips and tricks for pleasantly hiking the john muir trail. We hiked it last year in 26 days from Tuolumne to Mt. Whitney and want to encourage others to have similar experiences :D We can discuss all topics such as gear, permits, best time of year, weather, navigation, logistics, bugs, trees, rocks, mountains and friendly backcountry rangers!
Training & Qualifications
We've been backpacking together for almost 2 years in various places like: Waimea Canyon on Kuaui, HI, Desolation Wilderness, Big Sur, various state parks in the bay area, and most recently the john muir trail.
