Reveal and Heal is a medical intuitive and energy healing experience that is approximately 1 hour. It is available in person in my office, by phone if you're in the USA, or Zoom .

How to prepare yourself for your session:

~Have 1 health issue that you would like clarity on

~During your session, be in a place where you won't be disturbed and is quiet and peaceful, and where you can be laying down for the energy healing portion.

Medical intuition is a broad term that varies widely among people who practice it . To me, it is tuning in to your unique vibration and aura and interpreting what I'm shown. Our Auras and energy fields are effected by our life struggles, belief systems, impact from our environment, our diet, relationships, animals, deceased people, illnesses, traumatic events and even past life trauma.

What to expect in a session (Although no two sessions are alike and are beautifully different, this is a basic template I follow) :

**I start with no information from you, it is important not to know anything before hand as that makes it hard to be neutral and effects my accuracy . I ask that you don't give me any health or physical information until my scan is complete and I ask for it. **

I start with an intuitive scan of your auric field , and color what I see on a body template on my iPad. Any information that I'm shown I relay first, then do a systemic scan of your body systems and chakras. If I'm drawn to a particular area or issue more time may be spent there. After your scan we discuss the findings, then delve into your health issue that you would like clarity on.

**Be aware that as a medium, past loved ones may come into your session and say hello and to give messages.**

The last 10 or so minutes is energy healing, either in person or distant.

Lastly , allow for rest after your session for the rest of the day
