I'm a high school cheerleading coach and fitness enthusiast saving up for my personal training certification and I love going to work out with friends! Do you ever find yourself wanting to go workout, but don't have a buddy to go with? Well not to worry, if you are intimidated to go tp the gym alone or just want a friendly buddy to work out with, I am happy to go to the gym with you! I prefer weight lifting, but if you want a cardio buddy for the treadmill, I'm there too! I also specialize in stretching, so if you aren't too flexible and want some pointers on that, I'm happy to help!
**I can get into any Youfit gym, but I will not be able to pay to go to another gym.
