Anyone who knows me will tell you that I'm the House Whisperer! I've had amazing success, even in REALLY tough markets (like Denver and Portland) for myself, family, and friends.
Too busy for all the tedious prospecting and back and forth with landlords and real estate agents? Whether you're looking to rent or buy your next home, I can help you find it and streamline the process of landing it. Even if you are buying a home and have a real estate agent, you may find the initial prospecting is really up to you. That's where I can help! After a conversation about your wants and needs, limits and assets. I will help you find a great fit in a home, whether its temporary or long term.
I will conduct online searches, and with good communication, coordinate viewings for you. In some cases, if we both agree it seems appropriate, I'm even able to go view you candidate home to upvote or rule out.
Training & Qualifications
I have bought my own home 2 times now. I've helped 2 friends find their first homes to purchase. I've found countless rental homes for myself and friends as well.. More recently, I've helped my husband find 2 properties to cosmetically update. I've never once had any of these finds turn out to be a bad fit
Availability & Preferences
For consults and more in depth communication, early afternoon (when my son is napping) or after 8pm. I am generally available for quick communications throughout the day though. I should add that my special focus is here in the Portland metro area. But I'm happy to help in any way possible beyond that.
