I put together meals that contain complete proteins, a healthy amount of omega 3 fatty acids (without the fish oil people!!!), and as few as possible processed foods. I would love to share some of the knowledge I have gained over my journey of becoming vegan and help you to understand what your body needs to feel the best it possibly can. I will do this by giving you a few staple recipes that are cheap and easy for anyone to cook and digest (even the meat eaters in your family). You will receive one days worth of recipes each time (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

Training & Qualifications


I have been working on myself and becoming entirely plant based for some time now. I have, by trial and error in my own diet, composed a healthy amount of recipes designed to keep you lean and feeling better than ever before!

I'm flexible but I run on Eastern Standard time.

About Nikki Morris

Hey! I am Nikki, a young enthusiast for all living things. I focus majority of my time on plant care, and care of the human body through yoga, partner acrobatics, and nutritional health! My background... knowledge comes from a variety of sources and years of study. I started my carrer in athletics while I was still in school as a competitive cheerleader for Bama All-Stars of Hoover, Alabama. I cheered for eight seasons there, majority of those on more than one team, as well as coaching a mini team and teaching tumbling lessons on the side. In addition to competitive cheerleading, I was involved with the school cheerleading program throughout middle and high school eventually becoming a cheerleader for the UAB Blazers! I then started my yoga journey which has taught me valuable lessons in listening to my body and quieting my mind. It was only through intense yoga and meditation practices that I became the human I am today. I found partner acrobatics (or acroyoga) this way and have connected with some amazing people throughout the process. After about two years of this type of mental and physical training, I changed my diet to be entirely plant based! I also found a passion for growing plants through the time I spent with myself. One could say that I'm on a never ending and ever evolving journey to find myself, and I get closer to that goal with my every action. I would love to share some of my interests with you!show more
