You will get 2 cups of handpicked Nettle. Picked fresh from the forest areas of British Columbia, I dry the Nettle and then vacuum seal it for freshness. Nettle is an amazing plant, it's high in iron and is considered a wonder plant when it comes to various aligments. Simply use as a tea, add to sauces or foods, or steep into oil for a wonderful homemade salve. It has many uses.
