Using a set of questionnaires I can see where there is stress in your life. I then make you a book with suggestions and a 7 day meal plan. The suggestions I make can help you balance your lifestyle and reduce stress. I also can teach you some stress reduction exercises to keep you moving everyday, but will not cause stress. I go through nutrition, movement, quiet, and happiness. You will have to take the online questionnaires before we meet and then the appointment usually last 1.5 to 2 hours depending on the level of stress you are putting your body through. I can also refer you out to many health professionals if you need additional services such as corrective exercises, massage therapy, chiropractic etc.
