What I offer
Offering pro-bono Life Coaching to complete my hours for certification. I can help people with topics like career development, leadership, wellbeing or relationships.
If you are feeling lost and need some clarity, you would like to change some unhealthy habits or improve some skills and you are missing a plan of action and accountability, I can help.
Why choose me?
My approach is patient, supportive and non-judgemental. I’m here to give you the space to speak, and an actionable framework for positive change.
You will receive up to 6 sessions of 60 min each. My clients come with a topic in mind and get out with concrete actions, on top of increased self-awareness and clarity.
Don’t worry about not having the right words. You’ll have room to express yourself and I’ll listen with care. You can be completely honest.
I’ll be equally honest with you. If I suspect you’re telling me a false narrative, I’ll call you out — and those challenges always come from a place of sincerity and respect.
Training and certifications
I trained with one of the world’s leading coaching schools — the Co-Active Training Institute, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
I’m also trained in Nonviolent Communication (NVC), which brings empathy, honesty, strength and compassion into our personal and professional communication. It means I can provide a framework for resolving conflicts.
