Nick was an amazing teacher and patient guide for me and my family in telling us about baking and bread. His skills (and patience) in answering all k...inds of questions from twins ages 11 and little brother age 9 (and dad unknown age) was amazing. We'd happily use Nick again for any food questions we have... and especially about cooking bread with homemade yeasts!show more
