Mindful massage in the Boston area
Mindful massage for self-healing, tension/stress relief. More energetic than mechanical, I can put my hands on spots of tension, tightness, or inflammation to aid in relaxation and release of stress. I also practice yoga and Wim Hof breathing, and am able to incorporate these into massages as well (have you ever gotten a massage while doing yoga?!)
People have told me I should become a massage therapist, but I much prefer giving massages for free and don't want to kill my love of giving them by having to do it for money.
Based in Natick, MA but am often travelling around the Boston area :)
