60-Minute Vinyasa Yoga Session

60-minute session (can be virtual via Skype etc. or in-person; however, I'm currently traveling the world so please let me know where you'll be at upon request. Digitally will likely work best.)
We'll start with a slow warm-up, work into an area of your choice with optional modifications for more ease or difficulty, then have a deep stretch cool-down and a 2-minute savasana. Meditation will be for the entire session if you choose a meditation instead.

ALL body types welcome, all skill levels or injuries/sensitivities also welcome.
Sessions can include:
-Balance work
-Flexibility
-Strength
-Stress relief and relaxation
-Energizing
-Breathwork (pranayama)
Training & Qualifications
I have been practicing yoga since 2008. Taught yoga weekly at my previous workplace, and have taught privately as well. A mixture of vinyasa/hatha usually works best for people learning or for areas of difficulty.
I also practice acro-yoga with my partner!
Availability & Preferences
Currently a digital nomad -as of this writing am in Spain's time zone (GMT +1), so only certain hours will overlap with North America if you're there :)
