I have been baking for five years and cooking for even longer. I attended culinary school in Nashville TN, and during my time at school I became servsafe certified. All of my cakes are homemade as well as my buttercream. I do not work with fondant unless it is to create small decorations, refer to the picture of the baseball cake with a fondant bow. I do not cover my cakes in fondant. I have made cupcakes for several weddings. We can meet in public or skype if you would like in order to go over the details of your order. I will have the cake/cupcakes ready by the time agreed upon between the client and myself. I will not deliver unless it is within 10 miles of my home.
