My work is centered around Somatic Therapy, which is a form of therapy that accesses the body in order to heal any physical, emotional or spiritual blockages as a result of individual trauma, collective trauma, and our day-to-day life experiences. Our work together will be influenced by my studies of the Polyvagal Theory, Herbalism, my learned and cultivated spiritual practices, and Animist practices.
